Insurance
Our office will gladly work with you to help get the maximum benefit available to you. Most insurance plans do not cover 100% of your cost for treatment. Because of this, you will be asked to pay your deductible and your co-payment for the charges on the day that service is rendered. We will estimate your coverage as closely as possible, but we can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage.

We are happy to offer a 5% courtesy for all treatment paid in full in advance of treatment.

Our office accepts VISA, Master Card and American Express
Senior Discount
As a courtesy for anyone 60 years and older, we will gladly discount your fee by 10% if services are paid at the time of treatment.
Care Credit
Care Credit is a patient payment plan with no interest and extended payment options. It is available with an approved application.
